President Director – Ir. Amir Sartono. He was born in Central Kalimantan in 1956, He earned his Bachelor degree certificate from Department of Soil Science, Faculty of Agriculture University (IPB) in 1981. He is one of the founding father of INACON. Prior to establishment of INACON he was a soil scientist a land evaluator, an expert in soil conservation and plantation of PT. EXSA INTERNATIONAL. He was also appointed as a director of PT. MEGANUSA INTISAWIT-one of the palm oil plantation companies under SINAR MAS GROUP management in 1995 – 2003
Vice President, International Operation – Ir. Sunarno Agus Nusantoro, ME, he was born in 1962, in Indonesia. He graduated from Bogor Agriculture University (IPB) in 1985, Faculty of Agriculture, and concentration in Soil Science. He earned his Master degree certificate in Public Policy from the University of Indonesia in 2009. He is the Senior Consultant deals with agriculture and rural development projects. Prior to his career in INACON, he was a lecturer at the University of Lampung, Indonesia and an independent consultant for some plantation companies such as Sinar Mas Group, Astra Group, A Latief Corporation, and others. During his career with INACON he has been appointed to be the Project Manager and Project Director in various projects including some international funding agencies funded projects.
Managing Director – Agus Hariadi, S.Sos. He was born in Semarang, Indonesia in 25 December 1968. He graduated from University of Muhammadiyah, Malang, Indonesia in 1993, majoring in Economics. He has shown his best performances for the INACON in term of managing project financial aspects as well as acting as the supervisor for tender administration. He also provides financial advice and support, deals with general fund, grants, contract and cost analysis
Vice President for International Cooperation – Kim Dae-Nyon, Korean National, Vice President, studied irrigation and water resources at the Seoul National University in Seoul Korea. Upon university graduation, he joined government-run KRC – Korea Rural Corporation and started his career with ADB financed Teluk Lada Irrigation Project and IFAD financed Sulawesi Paddy Land Development Project as irrigation engineer of the KRC Consultants. He also had been working in Jakarta as resident representative of KRC Consultants for more than three years of 1991-1994. He joined private engineering consulting firms of Dongshin Engineering (2002-2006) and KECC – Korea Engineering Consultants Corp. (2007-2017) upon his retire from KRC. He accumulated abundant experiences in its field of engineering business with projects of Vietnam, Lao PDR, Cambodia, Nepal, Senegal and Mozambique including Indoesia. Mr. Kim joined INACON as of July 2019.
