President Director - Ir. Amir Sartono,
Ir. Amir Sartono is the President Director and
Founder of INACON. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Soil Science from
Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) and brings deep expertise in land
evaluation, soil conservation, and plantation development. Prior to
establishing INACON, he served as a Soil Scientist at PT EXSA International and
later as Director of PT Meganusa Intisawit (Sinar Mas Group), leading
large-scale plantation development from 1995 to 2003. He is actively engaged
in professional associations and maintains a strong national, regional
and international network, supporting INACON’s strategic partnerships and
business development.
Director of National Operations - Agus Hariadi, S.Sos,
Agus Hariadi, S.Sos. serves as Director of
National Operations at INACON. He holds a degree in Socio-Political
Studies from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang and brings
extensive experience in project operations, financial management, and tender
administration. He oversees budgeting, contract and grant management, and
cost analysis, playing a key role in ensuring effective project delivery while
supporting business development and strategic marketing.
Director of International Operation - Aditya Prakarsa Yasin BSc., M.M. ,
Aditya
Prakarsa Yasin BSc., M.M. is the International Operation Director at INACON. He holds a
background in Information Technology from the University of
Technology Sydney and a Master of Management from IPB University.
His experience includes roles at PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero)
and senior leadership positions in the consulting sector, including President
Director of PT Phibetha Kalamwijaya, where he led large-scale community-driven
development programs, notably the NCDD Program in Myanmar. Active in
INKINDO, KADIN DKI Jakarta, and KEIND, he brings strong international
project experience and professional networks to support INACON’s global
operations.
Director of General Affairs and Finance - Andina Larasati, S.Hum., M.M. ,
Andina Larasati, S.Hum., M.M. serves as Director of General Affairs and Finance at INACON. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Indonesia and a Master’s degree in Business Management from BINUS Business School. With prior experience in the oil and gas construction sector, she joined INACON in 2021 and plays a key role in overseeing corporate finance, international project administration, and operational governance. She has been actively strengthening INACON’s management systems and is an active member of professional associations, contributing to improved organizational performance and professional standards.
Director of Business Development - Taufan S. Nusantara, S.P., M.Ec.Dev., MAPPI (Cert.) ,
Taufan S. Nusantara, S.P., M.Ec.Dev., MAPPI (Cert.) serves as Business Development Director at INACON. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) and a Master’s degree in Development Economics from Gadjah Mada University. With extensive experience across national and multinational organizations, he leads market expansion, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives, strengthening INACON’s market position and long-term competitiveness in a dynamic consulting environment.
