President Director - Ir. Amir Sartono,

He was born in 1956, Central Kalimantan - Indonesia.  He earned his bachelor's degree certificate from the Department of Soil Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Bogor Agriculture University (IPB) in 1981.  He is one of the founding fathers of INACON.  Prior to the establishment of INACON he was a soil scientist as a land evaluator, an expert in soil conservation and plantation of PT. EXSA International. He was also appointed as a Director of PT. Meganusa Intisawit - one of the palm oil plantation companies under Sinar Mas Group management in 1995 – 2003.

Director - GA and Finance - Andina Larasati, S.Hum., M.M,

Andina Larasati graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in 2013 from University of Indonesia (UI) majoring Liberal Arts and Science, General Studies and Humanities. Further, she earned her Master’s degree in Business Management from Binus Business School, Binus University in the year of 2017.
Andina Larasati started her professional career in oil and gas construction industry since 2013. She began her involvement in INACON since 2021, as she took the role of Project Manager for INACON’s International Project.

Director - Marketing and Operations - Agus Hariadi, S.Sos,

He was born in 1968, Central Java - Indonesia. He graduated from the University of Muhammadiyah, Malang, Indonesia in 1993, majoring in Economics. He has shown his best performances for the INACON in terms of managing project financial aspects as well as acting as the supervisor for tender administration. He also provides financial advice and support, deals with the general funds, grants, contract, and cost analysis.

Vice President for International Cooperation - Kim Dae-Nyon,

Mr. Kim Dae-Nyon, Korean National, studied irrigation and water resources at the Seoul National University in Seoul Korea. Upon university graduation, he joined government-run KRC – Korea Rural Corporation and started his career with ADB financed Teluk Lada Irrigation Project and IFAD financed Sulawesi Paddy Land Development Project as irrigation engineer of the KRC Consultants. He also had been working in Jakarta as a resident representative of KRC Consultants for more than three years of 1991-1994.  He joined the private engineering consulting firms of Dongshin Engineering (2002-2006) and KECC – Korea Engineering Consultants Corp. (2007-2017) upon his retirement from KRC.  He accumulated abundant experiences in its field of engineering business with projects of Vietnam, Lao PDR, Cambodia, Nepal, Senegal, and Mozambique including in Indonesia.  Mr. Kim joined INACON as of July 2019.
