INACON has provided construction supervision, project management,
appraisal, and technical advisory services for national and regional transport
infrastructure projects, including strategic road corridors and cross-border
connectivity initiatives. Experience covers Indonesia, Timor-Leste, and the
Greater Mekong Subregion (Lao PDR) under ADB, Islamic Development Bank, and
government financing.
We provide project supervision consultancy (PSC), construction
supervision, and technical advisory services for national and regional road
corridors, including new construction, rehabilitation, and upgrading works. Our
supervision services cover contract administration, quality assurance,
inspection and testing, design and method review, payment certification,
safeguards compliance, and health and safety oversight, ensuring technical
quality, cost control, and timely delivery. We also support clients through
progress reporting, variation and dispute management, and preparation of
as-built drawings and handover documentation
Several assignments emphasized strategic connectivity and corridor
development, such as the Trans South–South Java Road Project, which
expanded paved road and bridge networks to strengthen accessibility along
Java’s southern corridor, and the Greater Mekong Subregion East–West Economic
Corridor Towns Development Project, which integrated urban roads with
wastewater and solid waste infrastructure. In Timor-Leste, INACON
supervised road construction and rehabilitation projects that addressed
deteriorated road conditions, reducing travel time, vehicle operating costs,
and isolation of rural communities.
Key outcomes and impact include improved road quality and safety,
enhanced regional and local connectivity, reduced travel time and logistics
costs, and strengthened capacity of transport agencies to manage and maintain
major infrastructure assets.
